The zmanim, calendar, and davening times published here are provided for the convenience of our kehilla and are believed to be accurate, but they are not a substitute for a halachic ruling. Please do not use this site to attempt to gain access to accounts or data that are not yours, or to disrupt its operation for others.
Donations, membership and seating, aliyos and honors, Simcha Hall rental, and occasional program fees. Each is described on our payments and fees page. We do not sell or ship physical goods.
By submitting a payment you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method and that the information you give us is accurate. Amounts are quoted and charged in U.S. dollars. Charges to a member account appear on an itemized invoice, and you pay that invoice — we do not charge a stored card without your authorization. If you authorize a recurring donation or a payment plan, it continues until you cancel it, and you may cancel at any time.
Refunds, billing corrections, and cancellation of recurring payments are covered by our refund and cancellation policy, which forms part of these terms.
Our privacy policy explains what information we collect and how we use it. We do not sell or share your information, and we do not run advertising or tracking.
Card payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. under its own terms and privacy policy; your full card number is handled by Stripe and is never stored by us. The site is hosted on Vercel and uses Google Firebase for data storage.
We maintain this site with care but cannot guarantee that it will be available without interruption or entirely free of errors. Where a published time or amount is wrong, the correct information from the shul office governs.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date shown at the top of this page.
